Quicklime mill for Bulgaria
Calcit JSC from Bulgaria has ordered a grinding plant from Gebr. Pfeiffer SE with an MPS 112 B VRM for its plant in Asenovgrad near Plovdiv. As early as 2003 GPSE was awarded a contract by Calcit JSC to supply a lime hydrator, two separators and a ball mill for the production of lime hydrate. The new mill is designed to achieve a product rate of 5 t/h of quicklime ground to a fineness of 1 % residue 0.09 mm.
In addition to the mill, classifier and feed lock the scope of supply also includes the plant filter and the plant fan as well as the proportioning belt scale, metal separation and removal, control and shut-off dampers, measuring equipment and the complete electric switchgear including control panels.
