Cemtec grinding line ordered for Mauritania
After more than ten years of the successful operation of the Cemtec mill line No. 2, Ciment de Mauritanie SA and Cemtec Cement and Mining Technology GmbH have again signed a contract in 2014 for the supply of a new grinding line, which will be the third in the plant located in Nouakchott/Mauritania.
The project comprises a Cemtec ball mill Ø 3.6 x 10.0 m with a 2000 kW motor, operated in closed-circuit with a CTC-090 separator of latest generation and is designed for a capacity of 50 t/h of CEM II A/L 42.5R at 4200 cm2/g, acc. to Blaine, being the first phase of an extension project for 100 t/h.
In addition, Cemtec is responsible for the upgrade of the raw materials feed system for the grinding lines No. 1 and 2.
The project is now in its erection phase and is scheduled to commence operation in the second quarter of 2016.
