(57) A system and method for preparing sulphoaluminate cement by drying sludge via solar heat storage. The system comprises: a solar concentrator that is sequentially connected to a high-temperature molten salt storage tank, a superheater, a preheater-evaporator, and a low-temperature molten salt storage tank to form a mixed molten salt heat transfer-heat storage circulation system. Superheated steam in the superheater enters a super disc dryer; the super disc dryer is sequentially connected to a water storage tank, the preheater-evaporator, and the superheater to form a water heat transmission circulation system. A wet sludge tank is connected to the super disc dryer and an inlet of a dried sludge tank, and dried sludge is delivered to the dried sludge tank for storage. A cement production system is separately connected to a waste gas outlet of the super disc dryer and an outlet of the dried sludge tank. The system can use valley electricity to supplement heat at night or at other specific time, and is coupled to a cement kiln. Waste gas is introduced into the cement kiln for burning, and the dried sludge together with other solid wastes are delivered into the cement kiln to prepare sulphoaluminate cement.
