At the end of 2015 the Chinese company, Quantou Group, Shandong Province, awarded a contract to Claudius Peters Projects for the delivery of a new ETA Stage Cooler to increase the capacity.

The cooler exchange for the outstanding and modern production line of the Quantou Group will be a milestone to combine high waste heat recovery and high efficient clinker cooling. Claudius Peters has already sold 76 ETA coolers worldwide, for the Quantou Group it is the first order.

The ETA cooler 1076//75 S has a capacity of 6500 t/d and comprises a roller crusher and an HE module. This cooler will replace a moving floor cooler from another supplier and will improve the availability and efficiency of the cement line.
