New cooler order for Pioneer Cement

The Chinese Chengdu Design & Research Institute signed a contract with Claudius Peters for the delivery of an ETA cooler. Claudius Peters convinced the final customer of their advanced technology and could prevail over their competitors.

The ETA cooler 1086//85 S has a capacity of 7700 t/d and will be designed as stage cooler with integrated roller crusher RB 488-4 EM. Furthermore, the ETA cooler will be equipped with ten rows of HE modules for an increased efficiency.

The cooler will be operated by Pioneer Cement located in the province Punjab in Pakistan. The company was founded in 1986 and has about 800 employees. A second production line was established in 2006. Due to various local infrastructure projects there is an increased demand for cement.
