Bertram Ziegenfuß becomes owner representative and complements the supervisory board
Since the beginning of June, Bertram Ziegenfuß (41) has been the new owner‘s representative and complements the supervisory board of the Carinthian Wietersdorfer Holding. He will use his international expertise to drive forward the positive development of the family-run group of companies together with Christina Fromme-Knoch, who has already served as owner representative and chairman of the supervisory board for ten years. He replaces Michael Kern, who is going into well-deserved retirement after 16 deserving years in leading positions.
In his new role, Ziegenfuß intends above all to make efficient use of the potential of the family-run company: “As an internationally active group of companies with Carinthian roots, we must also seize opportunities that bring with them crises such as the Corona pandemic. I see great potential for the future here, especially in the areas of digitalisation and diversification”, explains Ziegenfuß. The 41-year-old’s central concern is to promote sustainable economic activity by reducing emissions and conserving resources.
From his earlier professional stations Ziegenfuß brings along profound knowledge in the areas of sales and digitalization. Before joining the Wietersdorfer Group, he worked for HP Austria, where he was responsible for the ongoing optimisation of the sales strategy in the Austrian public sector.
