(57) A method of cement production includes roasting clinker in a furnace at the temperature of 1450 °C, purifying the dust from furnace flue gases containing CO2, SOX, NOX, at the temperature of 150-350 °C, by passing them through filters, drying the zeolitic tuff containing clinoptilolite by feeding it to drying unit, at the time with modification therewith CO2, SOX, NOX, and emissions into the atmosphere through smoke pipe, grinding of burnt clinker, and dried and modified zeolite tuff together with gypsum in the mill; at that, flue gases are supplied into the drying unit through direct flow pipe of 3-8 mm with fraction zeolitic tuff, at which time, flue gases having the temperature of 150-350 °C are mixed with zeolite tuff to provide residual moisture content of 0.2-0.8%, and simultaneous modification therewith CO2, SOx, NOx, absorbent together with zeolitic tuff, while passing through drying unit, maintaining the temperature of 50±5 °C, moving with speed of 1-3 m/s, wherefore the filling coefficient of drying unit with zeolitic tuff should be at least 30%, and slope inclination angle relative to the horizon is 1-30°, the speed of rotation varies within 1-3 RPM.
