Two vertical roller mills for PCI Procedure
Gebr. Pfeiffer S.E. received a contract from Paul Wurth S.A. for the supply of two vertical roller mills of the type MPS 250 BK designed to grind 50 t/h coal to a product fineness of 20 % R 90 µm. The two mills will be installed at Flach-stahlwerk Salzgitter in Germany where the pulverized coal to be used for the PCI procedure for two new blastfurnace kiln lines will be produced. Delivery and erection of the mills are scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2014.
