New handling line for Arequipa from Claudius Peters
Cementos Yura from Peru has built a new 4200 tpd cement line in their Arequipa plant. For the material handling plant Cementos Yura awarded Claudius Peters Technologies a contract on a semi turnkey basis with the implementation of 2 x 100 ton truck unloading stations, one slewing and luffing stacker with a capacity of 1,600 t/h, one reclaimer for additives and correctives, one reclaimer for limestone and all conveyors to feed the silos. Special attention was given to dedusting all chutes and to comply with stringent earthquake conditions.
The fabrication was done in Peru under the supervision of Claudius Peters personnel. The plant is now operating successfully already.
