Modernization of a cement silo at Dyckerhoff’s Korkino plant
Kreisel successfully commissioned the silo bottom modification, silo discharge and fully automatic truck loading system of cement silo 10 in Korkino/Russia, with an unloading capacity of max. 250 t/h.
Due to a new 8-section aeration, the silo cone modification enables an optimal discharge behavior of the bulk material. Two delta-blowers aerate once the inner, and once the outer fluidization ring. The sections are separated by pneumatic butterfly valves. The bulk material passes in a defined amount through a flow-control gate to airslides. A flow control gate regulates the material flow onto a vibrating screen. Coarse material is separated and discharged. The fine material falls from the vibrating screen on a mobile loader with a moving range of 1m. A mobile loader is connected to the loading spout. The dedusting of the mobile loader is realized via a bag filter. The filter discharge is controlled by a Kreisel rotary valve, which leads the material to a separate airslide system, which also throws off onto the vibrating screen. Thus ensuring a closed and dust-free system.
The whole system runs completely automatically, with the hardware and software provided by Kreisel.
