New order from HeidelbergCement in Russia
For the modernization of their plant in Slantsy/Russia, the HeidelbergCement-owned cement plant OJSC “Cesla” has awarded a contract to Claudius Peters Projects for the conversion of four existing silos and a new loading plant (consisting of four loading bins). The plant is located in northwest Russia, next to the border to Estonia. In 2001 HeidelbergCement acquired the plant which provides the St. Petersburg market with cement.
Claudius Peters supplies four silo conversions, after the modification the storage silos will be equipped with a new bottom aeration and a new discharge system. For the conveyance of the cement to the new loading plants two Fluidcon lines each with a capacity of 300 t/h and each with a 1 X-pump size 350 will be supplied. Four truck loading plants with a capacity of 200 t/h are also part of the scope of supply.
