Follow-up order from Bolu Cimento for GPSE
During its 150th anniversary celebrations, Gebr. Pfeiffer SE from Kaiserslautern/Germany received another order from Bolu Cimento Sanayii A.S., Turkey. In addition to the three MPS mills ordered in December 2013 for the Ankara-Kazan works this order will see GPSE supply a further mill of the type MPS 4500 BC for the grinding of granulated blastfurnace slag which will be set up at Bolu works.
The mill will be absolutely identical to the cement mill that will be installed in Kazan. Featuring a 3300 kW drive power, it is designed to reach a throughput rate of 85 t/h of slag ground to a product fineness of 4500-4750 cm2/g.
Gebr. Pfeiffer’s scope will include the core components of the mill and classifier as well as the mill gearbox.
The delivery of the mill scheduled to start at the end of 2014 will have been completed by spring 2015.
