Dal Teknik Makina projects in Russia, Egypt and Qatar
Dal Teknik Makina, a company of the Dal Engineering Group, is converting the gray cement production line to the production of white cement and supplying the engineering and the production of certain equipment. Dal Teknik Makina will upgrade the kiln unit at the Zhigulyovsk Building Materials plant, which, together with the unique raw material base of the plant, will allow the production of white cement that meets the highest requirements for strength, quality and aesthetic characteristics of products.
Helwan Cement Plant intended to improve their process performance on clinker production line #1. Dal Teknik Makina has taken all the required data to evaluate the existing situation during a technical audit of three days, through mails from the plant staff and has evaluated an audit report to optimize the clinker line #1 pyro process system. DTM also offered solutions which will bring a particular focus on reducing specific heat consumption, increasing AF substitution rate, lowering energy consumption and increasing kiln throughput.
Furthermore, Dal Teknik Makina has been awarded installing of a pilot scale plant for a calcium sulfoaluminate clinker production line in Qatar. With a request from doctorate researchers from the Gulf Organisation for Research & Development, DTM engineers will evaluate the concept and identify the possible problems with operation, and supply the complete engineering/instrumentation for the whole project.
