Drum Dryer/Cooler TK-D
The Drum Dryer/Cooler System Mozer enables combined drying and cooling of dried solids approaching ambient temperature or the temperature of the cooling air used.
In contrast to the double-shell TK Drying/Cooling Drum, the single-shell TK-D has no contact points between the cooling dry material and the hot inner drum in the entry area of the dryer. Through this design, the TK-D Drying/Cooling Drum outputs low-temperature dried solids approaching ambient temperature or the temperature of the cooling air used. The TK-D can be used for calcination and for applications with throughputs ranging from 1 t/h to over 350 t/h. Existing TK and TK+ systems can be converted to TK-D.
MSizer Giant
The Mogensen GmbH & Co.KG, part of the Allgaier Group, specialized in high-performance screening machines based on the Sizer principle as well as high-quality sorting machines, present the MSizer Giant. The new MSizer Giant is a powerful and flexible long deck classifier machine based on the Sizer principle with a throughput of over 80 t/h. The MSizer has a 20 % reduced energy consumption and convinces with a robust and maintenance-friendly design. The new MSizer product is also included in the new Allgaier ProcessApp, which will also be presented at the bauma. The App, which is available in five languages and for iOS and Android, offers services options from spare parts order to document management.
