(57) The present invention is an additive for a cement composition, said additive containing a powdered cellulose, and addressing the problem of providing an additive for a cement composition that can prepare a cement composition in which additive cellulose can be uniformly dispersed in the cement matrix and thickening can be suppressed, said additive being capable of producing a cement structure having low shrinkage strain (that is, a large reinforcing effect) and a smooth and uniform texture.
