8th European slag ­conference 2015 in Linz

The 8th European slag conference of ­EUROSLAG – the European Slag Association – will be held from 21.–23.10.2015 in Linz/Austria, and will be organized by Voestalpine. The purpose of the conference is the exchange of knowledge related to technical application, environmental and legal purposes for all kinds of iron and steel slags. The conference will take place at “Voestalpine Stahlwelt” in Linz/Austria. An optional technical visit to selected slag handling facilities as well as a general visit to Voestalpine in Linz will be arranged on Friday, 23.10.2015.
