58th IEEE-IAS/PCA: New training series at cement conference
The 58th annual IEEE-IAS/PCA Cement Industry Technical Conference organizing committee has announced that this year’s conference will feature a new series of training sessions. The conference takes place from 15.05.-19.05.2016 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas/USA.
The new training, called “Process training” will be offered in ten modules, five each on Monday and Tuesday of the Conference. Each module is approximately one hour long covering cement production process topics such as “Basics of modern kiln systems”, “Grinding and separation theory”, “Environmental emissions” and more.
To see a full listing of available modules visit the conference website. Module training may be purchased individually. Packages are also available for all modules on each day as well as a total program package for all ten modules.
The cement conference also features unprecedented technical presentations, tutorials, state of the industry updates, and professional development training sessions, in addition to several networking opportunities and a student outreach program.
