Raw Mix Control integrated into SmartControl

Individual ‘Raw Mix Control’ systems from KIMA have been used for several years. What could be more appropriate, therefore, than to combine this successful product with the standardised closed control loop system ‘SmartControl’, which has already been used in the cement industry for some time to control mills and kilns? This combination means KIMA can offer a standardised system that can easily be tailored to customer requirements to cover the raw mix process as well. By deploying the user-friendly ‘SmartControl’ tool, customers are also able to set system parameters themselves. HeidelbergCement was also very impressed by the idea of combining the ‘Raw Mix Control’ system with the ‘SmartControl’ tool. KIMA’S ‘Raw Mix Control’ system was chosen during a recent tender thanks to its excellent design, ease-of-use, and a high degree of stability and reliability.
