Holger Ortleb new managing director

With effect from 1 April 2011 Dipl.-Ing. Holger Ortleb (Fig.) will take over the management of the Federal German Association of the Gypsum Industry and of the Research Association of the Gypsum Industry in Berlin. He succeeds Hans Hesse who resigned from these positions in November 2010. Dipl.-Ing. Holger Ortleb studied building materials process engineering at the former Weimar University of Architecture and Construction Engineering, today the Bauhaus University. Since 1993 he has been working for the Federal German Association of the Building Materials, Rock and Associated Products Industry in Berlin. Most recently he worked as managing director technology. With Holger Ortleb the managing board of the Federal Association and of the Research Association of the Gypsum Industry could attract a declared building materials expert with experience in association work for these important positions. He has been involved in national and international committees for many years, which, amongst other things, are responsible for issues of standardization and the whole range of sustainability.
