(57) An oxygen-fuel combustion clinker-cooler air supply system. The air supply system comprises a clinker cooler (1), a kiln tail system (11), an oxygen generation system (12) and a water-vapor removal cooling system (13), wherein an air supply region of the clinker cooler (1) comprises a fixed-end air supply region (1-1), a first air supply region (1-2), a second air supply region (1-3) and a third air supply region (1-4); cooling air of the fixed-end air supply region (1-1) and the first air supply region (1-2) is a gas mixture which is composed of a circulating flue gas of the kiln tail system (11) and oxygen prepared by means of the oxygen generation system (12); and a rotary kiln (2) and a tertiary air pipe (3) are provided at one end of an air outlet of the clinker cooler (1). After being heated by means of clinker, a gas rich in oxygen and carbon dioxide is fed into the rotary kiln (2) and a decomposing furnace (4), such that the oxygen-fuel combustion and carbon dioxide enrichment of a whole firing system are realized; moreover, the oxygen demand of a whole cement oxygen-fuel combustion system can be controlled, and a gas barrier above a clinker grate cooler in the second air supply region (1-3) can also be achieved.
