(57) A composition is provided including a low density light-weight gypsum or cementitious mix including low density lightweight mineral or polymer based particles with com-pressive strengths of a specified value and densities within a specified range. A composition is also disclosed that includes chemical modification to control the time and place of set and cure characteristics.
