(57) The present invention relates to a high-strength fly ash cement composition using a coal gasifier fly ash and, more particularly, to a fly ash cement composition capable of reinforcing the low initial strength of fly ash cement, which is a weakness thereof, by mixing a coal gasifier fly ash, which has a higher specific surface area and calcium oxide content than general coal-fired fly ash, with Portland cement at a specific amount, and capable of realizing an initial and long-term compressive strength superior to that of Type 1 Portland cement.
