(57) The invention relates to a power plant coal slag resource utilization method, which belongs to the technical field of solid waste resource utilization, and comprises the following steps: A1, grinding cement clinker by using a ball mill, and then selecting powder by using a powder selecting machine to obtain the cement clinker with the particle size D90 of 40-49 [mu] m; a2, grinding the coal slag of the power plant by using a ball mill, and then selecting powder by using a powder selecting machine to obtain the coal slag with the particle size D90 of 55-80 microns; and A3, mixing the cement clinker ground in the step A1 and the coal slag ground in the step A2, adding gypsum, and uniformly mixing to obtain the composite cement. According to the technical scheme, by regulating and controlling the particle size distribution of the power plant coal slag and the cement clinker, the cement strength is obviously improved while the mixing amount of the power plant coal slag is increased, and the production cost is also obviously reduced.
