(57) Provided is a cement firing facility in which, by effectively utilizing the combustion offgas generated at the cement firing facility, the concentration of carbon dioxide emitted from the cement firing facility is increased, carbon dioxide is efficiently recovered, and fuel combustibility is improved thereby increasing the thermal efficiency of the cement firing facility. Also provided is a firing method employed at the cement firing facility.
