Carbon Management DVGW Congress 2024

from 13.11.2024 till 14.11.2024

Where to put the carbon dioxide? The transformation to a low carbon industry will only work if this question is answered. The starting signal to achieve the targets anchored in the Climate Protection Act and to counter CO2 emissions has long since been given: CCU, CCS are not the only components of a carbon management strategy. Comprehensive infrastructures for transporting CO2 are being planned, technologies for capturing it during production processes are being developed and applied, and innovative plans for reusing it are underway.

Research results and projects along the CO2 value chain: The Carbon Management conference provides an overview of the latest developments within the entire process. Innovative technologies such as CO2 capture and utilization (CCU), based on CO2 and hydrogen, biomass and chemical recycling will be developed and tested in an industrial environment on a pilot and demonstration scale.

Find out first-hand what experiences are currently being made in the various projects, which technologies have the greatest potential and how many options there already are for companies in dealing with the carbon dioxide produced for a climate-friendly process.
