thyssenkrupp: Michael Höllermann and Johan P. Cnossen appointed to board of Industrial Solutions
Michael Höllermann and Johan P. Cnossen joined the management board of the Industrial Solutions business area effective 01.08.2016. Michael Höllermann (51), CEO of the Regional Headquarters South America since 2012, is the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Johan P. Cnossen (56), from the Netherlands, who joined Industrial Solutions on 01.05.2016 as head of the transformation office for the implementation of “planets”, holds the new position of Chief Operating Officer. In this new function he will report directly to CEO Jens Michael Wegmann. The engineering and business studies graduate Cnossen was previously CEO of KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, prior to which he held management positions in international plant engineering.
With the appointments, Jens Michael Wegmann, CEO of the Industrial Solutions business area since 15.10.2015, has now filled all board positions.
The new CFO, already in place since 01.06.2016, is Stefan Gesing (38). Also on the board is Dr. Hans Christoph Atzpodien (60), who concentrates on the management of Marine Systems.
