Management changes
TKIS has announced recently a number of management changes. Dr. Hans Christoph Atzpodien will be concentrating fully on the management of Marine Systems in the future as a member of the business area management board. On 15.10.2015, Jens Michael Wegmann has taken over as CEO and Chairman of the Industrial Solutions business area management board with responsibility for Strategy, Communications, Technology/Innovation/Sustainability, Quality & Processes, and Compliance. CFO Jörg Schönewolf will additionally be responsible for Purchasing and Export Control. Martin Hilbig will continue in an unchanged role as CHRO.
