White cement plant in Iran producing 1000 t/d

Shargh White Cement Co. is one of the largest and latest white cement plants in Iran with a capacity of 1000 t/d. The plant is located in Mashhad, close to the mother company’s grey cement plant, Shargh Cement, which has a capacity of 7000 t/d.

Using the state-of-the-art technology from FLSmidth Denmark and high quality raw materials (limestone and kaolin), the plant successfully manufactures high quality white cement according to international standards with a whiteness higher than 92.

Using the cutting edge technology in filtration of Shargh White Cement plant, the company successfully meets the requirements of the national and international standards in terms of dust emission from the plant to the extent that the dust emission is relatively low and the plant is known as one of the pure industrial plants in Iran.

Using high efficiency heat exchangers in the technology and other course of actions applied for less emission of CO_{2, the plant has achieved good results in terms of sustainability.}

The plant has supplied white cement to customers in more than 20 countries such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Russia, CIS countries and Australia. Shargh White Cement Company has the GOST certificate for export to Russia and BIS certificate for the Indian market.
