Readymix Academy founded
For the promotion of new talent Saudi Readymix is launching a virtual academy, with plans for creating a physical location for it in the near future. The academy offers training and development programs of all sorts for employees, a scholarship program for students of vocational institutes and a mini-MBA program. All courses and programs provided by the academy are for high-potential current and future employees. The scholarship programm lasts two years, the mini-MBA program six months. Both courses are designed for 24 participants each (regardless of sex, grade or position).
