The scope of supply comprises a HIC (Horizontal Impact Calciner) to calcine FGD gypsum which has been ordered for the first time. The HIC has been especially developed for the calcination of synthetic gypsum. The material is further conditioned in a homogenizer with a capacity of 12.5 t/h to meet customers’ requirements. The calcining plant will be installed in a Czech power plant and the material will be transported in tank vehicles to Germany for further processing.
