First VRM for cement grinding at Göltas cimento

To increase the cement grinding capacity at its plant in Isparta, the Turkish Göltas Cimento A.S. has ordered a Loesche vertical roller mill of the type LM 56.3+3. Göltas is operating two clinker production lines in Isparta, about 130 km north of Antalya. Here, two Loesche VRMs are already successfully operating; one for cement raw material grinding and the other one for coal grinding. To increase the capacity, another cement mill will be delivered.

The LM 56.3+3 will be producing at least three different cement types, from a standard OPC to various types of composite cements. Production rates of up to 230 tph are foreseen.
