30 years moisture measurement from Liebherr
Since 1985 Liebherr has been developing, producing and distributing moisture measurement systems for industrial automation around the world, amongst others for the building material industry.
Sensor development at Liebherr includes the total R&D value chain from the physical idea to the final solution, from the first concept to the finished product. At the Liebherr factory in Bad Schussenried/Germany the sensors are produced and calibrated in an ESD-protected production line.
The system, consisting of “intelligent” moisture sensor, evaluation electronics and user-friendly software ensures optimal moisture measurement, as well as monitoring of the production process. Even in extreme outside conditions high reliability and a long service life are guaranteed. The experience from the field of construction machines under extreme conditions guarantees a very high reliability and a long life time of the sensors.
