Optimal training of plant personnel

Without employees who are top fit as regards their job training, your competitive advantage is quickly lost: only optimally trained plant personnel are motivated and capable enough to keep production running economically and reliably. This is the leitmotif behind the very successful Polysius Technology Forum (Fig.). The concept of this series of seminars: “to provide practice-oriented support for cement plant personnel in the day-to-day operation, maintenance and servicing of plant components and particularly to introduce them to the latest technologies and processes” hits the nail on the head, as the yearly increase in the number of participants impressively proves. The main focus of the international forum is mill and kiln technology, as well as servicing and maintenance of the machines involved. This year, Polysius cordially invites you to participate in the forum at the Holiday Inn in the Königsallee in Düsseldorf/Germany from 08.05.2011 to 11.05.2011. Detailed information and online registration forms for all this year‘s Technology Forums (apart from the international forum, further seminars are offered for German-speaking participants) are available on the Polysius homepage under www.polysius.com ; section Company/Conferences, or you can obtain them directly from Mr. Rainer Silz; Polysius AG, Tel. 49-2525-99-2355 or email: rainer.silz@thyssenkrupp.com.
