New cement grinding plants

Birla Corp. Ltd./India placed an order with ­Polysius for three new cement grinding plants. The two grinding plants installed at the Chanderia factory will each be equipped with a POLYCOM® high-pressure grinding roll and a SEPOL®-PC separator. The POLYCOM® units are to be installed upstream of the ball mills already in existence at the factory. Grinding plant I has a rated cement output of
315 tph, while grinding plant II has a rated cement output of 325 tph. The Satna factory will also receive a POLYCOM® high-pressure grinding roll (Fig.) and a SEPOL®-PC separator. In combination with the existing ball mill, the POLYCOM® will bring the grinding plant up to a rated cement output of 330 tph.
