Amelioration and soil stabilization

Cement in the soil has been proved successful as a measure to improve and stabilize the soil for a long time. Its use is aimed at optimizing the suitability of soils for earthwork. Thus, the bearing capacity is improved and the frost resistance is increased. BetonMarketing Ost and Gütergemeinschaft Bodenverfestigung und Bodenverbesserung (GBB) will jointly organize a specialist seminar with the topic “Cement-stabilized soils” in Cottbus/Germany on 15 September 2009.
