(57) A method of nano cement production provides co-crushing in ball mill of Portland cement clinker or Portland cement, gypsum stone, mineral additive, polymer modifier containing no less than 60% mass of sodium naphthalene sulfate on Portland cement grains for the purpose to make whole nano-gauge capsules; at that, volcanic acid rocks are selected as mineral additive in the form of tuff, ash or slag with the following ratio of initial components, in mass%: Portland cement clinker or Portland cement 19.4-85.0 Gypsum stone 0.2-4.2 Specified modifier 0.4-2.2 Tuff, ash or slag 8.6-80.0 Table: 3.
