(57) Low viscosity milk of lime comprising fine lime particles in suspension in an aqueous phase containing at least a first polymer dispersant and a seconddispersant being either sodium gluconate or gluconic acid, mixture of sugarcontaining at least glucose and fructose, said low viscosity milk of lime showing astable viscosity over (28) days lower than or equal to 600 mPa.s, preferably equal to or lower than 300 mPa.s.
