Early carbonation curing method using clinker-free cement composition

(43) 01.08.2025

(57) A curing method using a clinker-free cement composition having excellent strength, etc., is disclosed, which reduces carbon dioxide emissions based on a cement-free binder and injects carbon dioxide during the curing process for early carbonation. The curing method using the disclosed clinker-free cement composition comprises a first step of preparing a clinker-free cement composition by mixing a cement-free binder, a pozzolanic material, and an alkaline stimulant; a second step of forming a molded body by molding the clinker-free cement composition; a third step of first curing the molded body by injecting carbon dioxide for early carbonation; and a fourth step of air-curing the first-cured molded body.
