Setting up of a new company
The Oman Cement Company (SAOG) has registered along with Raysut Cement Company (SAOG) a new LLC Company in a joint venture with the Duqm Special Economic Zone Authority.
The new company is named the Al Wusta Cement Company LLC. The new company proposes to set up a new cement plant in the near future subject to detailed feasibility studies. Further progress made in this regard will be disclosed appropriately in due course.
