Haver Autosampler brings

efficiency through automation

Haver & Boecker will be presenting the well-known Haver CPA product line in its current generation together with the Haver AS 6 Autosampler. With the combination of dynamic optical particle measurement and automatic material sample feeding the automatic material sample recognition functions completely independently after the material box is filled and digitally saves all the results. The measured data (approved Internet connection required) can be viewed any time and from anywhere, even further analyses are possible at every location.

The combination of CPA 4-2 and AS 6 is seen as an efficient, semi-automatic support for the laboratory environment. Recognition of individual material samples is done by a scanner and thus does not require user intervention. Also demonstrated will be an online installation that is able to measure samples in production completely independently. As a special feature the CPA 4-2 offers a measurement range that allows the optical measurement of coarse samples with particle sizes of up to 90 mm.

The operation of the CPA installation may be monitored remotely using a tablet. If Internet access is possible, monitoring and analysis may be theoretically carried out from anywhere and with the data always being available.

The Haver CpaServ software will be presented with new features, such as the fully configurable and optimized user-surface.

Haver EML 200 – the new generation

of test sieve shakers

The new Haver EML 200 series is suitable for analysis sieves up to 203 mm in diameter and for a maximum sample amount of up to 3 kg. All three test sieve shakers operate independently of power supply and frequency, and thus can be used without transformers worldwide:

The Haver EML 200 Premium is much quieter than its predecessor model. The transmission of vibrations to the base is strongly reduced by an improved damping system. The extra-large display provides a good overview and allows the machine to be operated intuitively.

With wet screening the Haver EML 200 Remote comes into operation with the proven external control unit and is flexibly placed in the laboratory. The cover’s function and design were optimized. The full cone nozzle was integrated into the cover and so handling is improved. Also here the large display goes to work.

The new Haver EML Pure is highly suitable as the basis model for standard analyses. After the timer setting and the amplitude assignment of coarse or fine the sieving process can start.
