New order from Hargreaves Raw Material Services

At the beginning of September Claudius Peters Projects GmbH won a contract from Hargreaves Raw Material Services GmbH, a subsidiary of Hargreaves Services plc for the delivery of a coal grinding plant including coal dust silos and truck loading.

Messrs. Hargreaves (//www.hargrea-vesservices.eu" target="_blank" >www.hargrea-vesservices.eu:www.hargrea-vesservices.eu) is a raw material trader located in Duisburg/Germany and plans to build-up their own coal grinding plant to supply mainly clients in Germany and Western Europe. The plant will be installed in the vicinity of DK Recycling und Roheisen GmbH (//www.dk-duisburg.de" target="_blank" >www.dk-duisburg.de:www.dk-duisburg.de) and will also be operated by DK Recycling. The scope of supply comprises the raw coal handling, the coal grinding plant with a capacity of max. 52 t/h, the pneumatic conveying to the (already existing) coal dust silos at a distance of appr. 500 m and the four coal dust silos with truck loading.

Besides the complete engineering and the delivery of the complete plant Claudius Peters will also supply erection and commissioning including staff training. Of particular note is that the scope of supply comprises a Claudius Peters mill type EM 95–6118.

The commissioning is planned for the 4th quarter of 2018 and the end of February 2018 the plant should achieve the full production capacity.
