Loesche vertical roller mill
for SCG Cement in Thailand
Based on its positive experience in recent decades, SCG Cement Co. Ltd commissions Loesche to deliver an LM 56.3+3 C vertical roller mill for the grinding of clinker for its cement works in Ta Luang/Thailand. The new mill – an LM 56.3+3 cement mill – will be a part of the existing cement works in Ta Luang and be designed for the production of 200 t/h Portland cement type I at 3600 Blaine as well as 150 t/h Portland cement type III at 4500 Blaine. The scope of the Loesche delivery also includes premium parts such as the mill motor, the mill fan as well as an LSVS-classifier. With a mill designed to be able to grind different types of cement the changeover from one product to another can be effected quickly and easily. At the same time this also guarantees the energy-efficient production of the various different cement types. Commissioning of the LM 56.3+3 at the cement works of SCG Cement is expected to take place in December 2015.
