HeidelbergCement signs global agreement with Swedish app

CheckProof is an app for digital checklists and case reporting, developed for operators and maintenance personnel. After concluding an agreement with one of the world’s largest producers of aggregates, cement and concrete, CheckProof will now be part of the HeidelbergCement Groups’ continuous improvement efforts.

Products from the HeidelbergCement Group are used for construction of houses, infrastructure, and commercial and industrial facilities all over the world, which places high demands on quality and operational reliability. The Group was looking to improve its preventative maintenance at its processing plants and mobile equipment. There was also a need to streamline work on quality checks, failed items and data collection.

“It is most enjoyable to have the confidence of this great player”, says Håkan Holmgren, CEO and founder of CheckProof. “We often see that there is a common denominator when it comes to these types of challenges. It’s often a question of getting effective routines to collect data so that the right measures can be implemented at the right time. Here, employees in production have a key role. By offering them a tool that simplifies everyday life, the routines become a natural part of the work, which is most effective throughout the company.”
