New Member of Board of Directors

The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General ­Meeting of 17.04.2012 that Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang ­Reitzle will be ­elected to the Board. In 2002, Reitzle joined the ­Executive Committee of Linde, a world-leading gas and ­engineering company, and became CEO in 2003.
