(57) The present invention relates to a composition to be used as an additive for mortars, preferably for mortars for the bedding of railway platforms, preferably ballastless railway platforms. The present invention also relates to a mortar obtained by mixing said composition with water, polymeric fibres, aggregates and cement or a premixed mortar to be rehydrated comprising said composition, polymeric fibres, aggregates and cement, to which water is added at the time of use. The subject matter of the present invention also relates to a cementitious conglomerate obtained from the mortar of the invention, once hardened.
