(57) The present invention relates to a method for preparing calcium carbonate through carbon dioxide fixation and manufacturing high-purity recycled gypsum, wherein high-purity calcium carbonate and ammonium sulfate are prepared by reaction of gypsum, discharged after flue gas de sulfurization in a coal-fired power plant, with carbon dioxide and ammonia, and high-purity recycled gypsum and ammonia water are recovered by reaction of ammonium sulfate with molten iron pretreatment slag, so the method not only improves economic effects through recycling of the components generated during the reaction processes but is also suitable for carbon reduction.
