Arodo celebrates 35 years of innovation and growth in the packaging industry

Arodo, a supplier of packaging technologies, is celebrating its 35th anniversary. The company, founded in the late 80s has an impressive history. From humble beginnings manufacturing silos and simple filling lines, the vision of developing highly specialized open-mouth filling machines for industrial applications emerged.

Challenges and milestones over the past 35 years

In the past 35 years, Arodo has successfully embraced opportunities for growth, always emerging stronger thanks to its dedicated workforce. Today, the company is a symbol of reliability, innovation, and exceptional customer service. With a reputation for high quality and creativity, Arodo enjoys the trust and loyalty of customers worldwide.

Arodo today - A global player

Arodo can look back with pride on its development into the world market leader in powder filling, thanks particularly to its worldwide unique AROVAC® technology. The company has established itself as the leading brand for open-mouth bag filling systems for powders. Arodo excels in seamlessly integrating very accurate packaging systems, reliable packaging performance, logistical and cost-effectiveness.

As part of the Corpax Group, Arodo has experienced strong growth in recent years and expanded its international presence. To meet the requirements of a global market, the company is focusing on expanding its international sales and service network, including in the USA and Asia. Both existing and new partnerships are key for this process.

Innovations and a vision for the future

Arodo is not only known for its state-of-the-art and reliable machines, but also for its innovative strength. The introduction of AROVAC technology, developed specifically for powder filling, was a significant milestone. This technology enables enormously efficient filling, even of sensitive materials such as flour, and has permanently changed the industry. AROVAC vacuum technology is the only technology in the world that can be used to hermetically seal hygroscopic powders, among other things. The bags of hard-to-pack powders can also be stacked perfectly.

“We remain committed to continuous innovation, which we consider one of our core strengths. Our focus is on consistently delivering optimal solutions for our clients, continually exceeding our own standards and expectations.” says Joost van Aaken, CEO of Arodo and the group Corpax, proudly summarizing the performance of his team.

Focus on employees

Arodo currently employs around 120 people and attaches great importance to a positive and appreciative corporate culture. An important part of success is that the company places a high level of trust in its employees, fostering a culture of continuous encouragement and development. In addition to attractive working conditions, the company offers a wide range of opportunities as part of an international group of companies. Arodo’s top priority is to develop its employees and create a safe and, in many ways, stimulating working environment.

“Our past and future success is fundamentally driven by the dedication and expertise of our employees. I take great pride in collaborating with such a talented team at Arodo and in being able to rely on everyone’s contribution. Many of our colleagues have been with the company for a significant time, some from its very beginning, which speaks to the strength and stability of our workforce.” commented Joost van Aaken.

Prospects

With 35 years of experience, Arodo approaches the future with optimism.  The company is committed to its global expansion, develop new technologies and strengthen its leading position in the packaging industry. The vision remains clear:  to be well-prepared for the challenges of tomorrow with innovative and reliable packaging solutions. Joost van Aaken identifies key areas of development in the evolution of smart machines and the delivery of a comprehensive service portfolio for its customers.

Arodo is committed to remain a major player of the packaging machine industry.
